Every Breath Counts

Every Breath Counts, inspired by the lung cancer ribbon, is a sheer white polish filled with shifting rainbow glitter and rainbow iridescent flakes. It also has a white glow in the dark effect. This polish can be worn on its own or as a topper over other colours. It is opaque in three to four coats depending on nail length and application.
